Dr. Carol Lynn's mission is to provide personalized, high-quality care on an as-needed or preventative basis.
We believe in working with our patients to maintain and improve their health. Our staff works together to serve patient's medical needs in all stages of life. We believe in providing comprehensive health care services to our patients in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere and educating patients as we work with them to achieve the best physical state possible.
Dr. Carol Lynn is certified by the American Board of Ob/Gyn's and has many years of experience in their area of specialty. Our board-certified nurse practitioners always consult with the attending physician prior to working with each patient in order to provide informed, consistent care at all times.
Caroline Martin, FNP-BC, is a Family Nurse Practitioner and has been with Dr. Lynn since April of 2019 and performs the Thermiva treatments.
Carly Adams, WHNP-BC, is a Family Nurse Practitioner with a concentration in Women's Health and has been with Dr. Lynn since December of 2017.

OFFICE POLICIES
Health Insurance:
We accept most private insurance plans. We also offer special pricing for existing self-pay patients for most procedures. We are not accepting new self-pay patients at this time. We are not a participating provider with Medicare, Tenncare, Tri-care or other public plans at this time.
New Patients:
New patients receive a consult with one our nurse practitioners to establish a personalized care plan.
